About Us

Aquaspace Shanghai is a luxury real estate management agency based in Shanghai’s Lujiazui financial district. Founded in 2005, as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise, Aquaspace specializes in leasing high-end furnished and serviced apartments in Pudong, Lujiazui.

Currently managing a portfolio of over two hundred first-class apartments, with a market value of over two billion Renminbi, Aquaspace offers apartments for corporate expatriate and personal leasing. Our apartments feature designer furniture imported from Europe infused with traditional Asian artwork to create a fine balance in the bustling metropolis of Shanghai.

In 2010 Aquaspace was awarded the title of Distinguished Guest Accommodation Provider for the Shanghai World Expo. We have also sponsored local events such as the Shanghai International Fashion Culture Festival. Furthermore, we work in close connection to event coordination companies such as Juss Events (F1 and ATP Masters Tennis Tournament) to provide a full range of accommodation services.
