Aquaspace is a luxury property company based in Shanghai, specialised in leasing high-end apartments in Lujiazui since January 2005.

 

Wholly foreign owned, our main shareholder is the Royal Bank of Canada Trust. A young and dynamic company located in the Lujiazui financial district, we are rapidly developing into a market leader for luxury living, and having been selected as Shanghai Expo Distinguished Guest Accommodation Provider, our company is ideally positioned to move from strength to strength.

 

Aquaspace currently manage a portfolio of over one hundred first-class apartments, with a market value of about one billion Renminbi. All of our apartments are offered for high-end corporate or personal leasing. Each apartment in our portfolio features interior design of the highest standard, featuring modern designer furniture imported from Europe and artwork inspired by ancient China. We place great importance on location: our apartments are located in peaceful natural surroundings and at the same time are only a few minutes walk away from the centre of Shanghai’s Lujiazui financial district.

 

In addition to our property leasing service, Aquaspace also provides property investment advice, property management services and interior design. In October 2008, Aquaspace opened Aqua Restaurant and Bar, a venue located in Yanlord Gardens in the heart of Lujiazui. Aqua offers fresh and healthy European style cuisine, an innovative drinks list, and a beautiful location for private events. We offer a highly professional event organising service, working together with clients to create tailor-made events for any occasion.

 

The 2010 World Expo has turned the world’s attention to Shanghai and Aquaspace is delighted to have been selected by the Expo Organising Committee as Distinguished Guest Accommodation Provider. Visiting dignitaries and Chinese government officials invited to the Expo by its Organising Committee will be accommodated in our luxury apartments, and Aqua Restaurant & Bar will be used as a venue for Expo events and parties throughout 2010.
