This service is currently available only to our in-house international clients, for whom we offer full property management services. All of the apartments in our portfolio have been interior-designed to an international standard by our in-house team. The logic is simple: high-class interiors enhance an apartment’s value, greatly increasing the rental yield. Aquaspace-designed apartments achieve some of the highest rates in Shanghai.
