Aquaspace is offering a selection of fully furnished serviced apartments during the time of the Expo in 2010. These “Designated Expo Apartments” are available to book now for short-term lease starting from 1 March 2010.

Located in Yanlord Gardens, Lujiazui, and part of the Aquaspace Simply Green portfolio, these luxury apartments boast fabulous interior design and beautiful views. The convenient location, in the heart of Shanghai, is just a short distance from the World Expo site.

Apartments are available for stays from one week to six months and can accommodate up to 6 guests in each. Aquaspace Expo apartments are bright and spacious, measuring approximately 150 sq.m. (1650 sq. ft) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Beautiful views of either the Huangpu River or the surrounding fountains and gardens. Ground floor apartments have their own private Chinese Garden.

Fully furnished. Include amenities such as air-con, washing machine, cable TV with international channels and internet access.

Rent is inclusive of daily breakfast, linen and towel change, housekeeping, high-speed internet access, daily transfer to Expo site, and use of on-site facilities including a gym, tennis courts and swimming pool with steam room and sauna.
