Aquaspace would like to recruit four bright, young and talented new graduates to join our CRO (Customer Relationship Officer) team as an ’After-serivce Officer’.

The candidates should be open-minded, have a warm and friendly personality, and be full of creative thinking! The CRO team is at the very heart of Aquaspace, dealing with all our international customers on a daily basis. These clients come from all over the world, some work as senior managers for large multi-national companies such as Shell, Sony and HSBC, and others are representatives of foreign governments. The CRO team itself is international as well, with recent graduates from China and England. The team is young, energetic and dedicated to achieving the very best. The office atmosphere is luxurious and relaxed, but we work hard and have a strong team spirit. The successful applicants will have a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic young international company! Full training will be provided, including personal guidance from our Managing Director.

The ’After-serivce Officer’ is maily dealing with the reported problems and complaints receiving from our customers who residence in Shanghai but from all of the world, and spread out the targets to our support team to sort them out A.S.A.P., relieve their compliants and report to the supervisor immediately if cannot be solved. These job requirements are therefore only guidelines:

1. University or College Degree (degree course is flexible, but should ideally include English courses)
2. We welcome candidates with a degree course in Law, Finance, Management, Marketing or any of the Art subjects. All these subjects have elements that are useful for this position.
3. Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
4. Warm and friendly personality (and the ability to deal with people from many different backgrounds)
5. Full of imagination and creative energy (and optimistic about the future!)
6. Hard-working, brave, disciplined and loyal (and looking for a long-term career) Compensation: Competitive starting salary per month, plus standard company benefits.
