Interior Designer

Qualifications:

1. Ability to read, write and speak English
2. At least 1 year of interior/residential design experience
3. Good sketching and drawing skills.
4. Solid computer skills of design programs (AutoCAD / 3D Max / Photoshop)
5. Good thinker and co-coordinator; smart and detailed-oriented

Job Description:

- Work together with the GM and other colleagues in preparing conceptual drawings for proposals; develop the detailed design to construction documentation stage.
- Prepare construction documents: layout plans, specifications, cost estimation; have good knowledge of construction materials and products
- Attend site meetings during the construction stage; visit the site and co-ordinate with the contractor in order to complete the project
