Managing Consultant – International Agency Division

quaspace is seeking a talented real estate professional to manage it’s international consulting division. Aquaspace is a high-end property services company headquartered in Shanghai, China. As a young and growing company Aquaspace offers a competitive working environment with plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of professional consultants to drive investments in selected regional property markets
- Canvas and network to secure meetings with potential investors
- Organize and lead investment seminars on a regular basis
- Work directly with Agency Director to set KPI’s and sales targets
- Draft monthly sales reports for board of directors

Qualifications
- Minimum two years sales experience in real estate with proven track record
- University degree in business, sales, real estate or marketing. MBA is an asset.
- Native English speaker with high proficiency
in Mandarin (HSK 5)
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to lead seminars
- Analytical and able to find valuable investment opportunities in foreign markets
- Highly organized and able to manage a team of sales professionals.
